This statement applies to www.justxrm.com. It does not cover systems we have built for clients, which are covered by those organisations’ own statements.
How accessible this site is
We believe this site conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA, with the exceptions noted below.
We have tried to be straightforward rather than aspirational here. Where something is not right, it is listed.
What that means in practice
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible.
- There is a “skip to content” link at the top of every page, so you do not have to tab through the navigation each time.
- Text and interface colours were measured against the AA contrast thresholds rather than eyeballed, including headings that use a colour gradient.
- Pages are built from ordinary semantic HTML with one
<main>landmark, a single level-one heading, and headings that descend in order without skipping levels. - Every image carries alternative text, or is marked as decorative where it carries no meaning.
- Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide, and can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
- Nothing moves, flashes or plays automatically.
- The site does not depend on colour alone to convey meaning.
What we know is not perfect
- Typefaces load from Google Fonts. If that request is blocked or slow, the site falls back to a system font. The page stays readable, but the layout shifts slightly as it does.
- We have not tested every combination of screen reader and browser. Our testing has been keyboard navigation, automated checks and manual inspection — not a full audit by a specialist, and not testing with disabled users.
- We have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit. We would rather say so than imply one exists.
Things this statement cannot cover
Booking a conversation takes you to Microsoft Bookings, which is Microsoft’s service on Microsoft’s pages. Its accessibility is theirs, not ours, and we cannot change it. If it gets in your way, email hello@justxrm.com instead and we will arrange a time by hand — you will not be at any disadvantage for doing so.
Telling us about a problem
If something on this site does not work for you, please tell us at hello@justxrm.com. Describe what you were trying to do and what happened. You do not need to know the technical cause, and you do not need to know what anything is called.
We will reply within five working days. If we can fix it, we will say when. If we cannot, we will say why, and offer another way to get what you needed.
Enforcement
The Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces the Equality Act 2010. If you are unhappy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
How we tested
This site was last reviewed on 6 September 2026. Testing was carried out in-house and covered keyboard-only navigation, colour contrast measurement, heading and landmark structure, reflow at small viewport widths, and automated checks run against every page before each release.
